We provide over 25 years of construction expertise to drive performance and budget success. C2S represents construction technology products nationally through a team of over 50 technical reps. C2S founder, Phil Chmieleski, is a graduate Civil Engineer from the University of Connecticut with postgraduate business studies at Manhattan College and The Wharton School of Business. He possesses a wealth of construction industry experience as a general contractor, developer, and in various national sales roles.
Phil has dedicated extensive time to serve on and lead many not-for-profit boards currently including the Garden State Rotary and the South Jersey Pops Orchestra. He also serves as a board member of the Philadelphia CSI.
He resides in Cherry Hill NJ with his wife, Jeneane, and two dogs; Miley, and Limoncello. His two grown children, Andrew and Amanda, live in Washington DC and Chicago. Phil and Jeneane are active members of their community, most importantly Sovereign Grace Church in Marlton.
